He was able to determine very quickly my ac line including wiring, copper, etc was crossed over with someone else's on the opposite side of the property. Considering my home was new at move in, you would not expect this. Thomas came out multiple days in a row and was able to properly address the situation. Thanks to him everything is fixed and we have cold air including my neighbor. He was very knowledgeable and professional upon delivering excellent customer service.
